Barbecued Meat Loaf

Meatloaf:
    1 1/4 lbs  ground beef, 80% lean
    1 1/4 lbs  ground pork
    2 cups  panko bread crumbs
    1  onion, finely chopped
    1 large  egg
    1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp  granualted garlic
    1 tsp  dried tarragon
    1 tsp  kosher salt
    1 tsp  black pepper
Sauce:
    1/2 cup  barbecue sauce
    1/4 cup  ketchup

In a large bowl gently combine the meatloaf ingredients

Divde the meatloaf mixture in half and form 2 loaves, each about 4 nches wide and 6-7 inches long. Place the loaves on a sheet pan. Prepare the grill for indirect cooking method over medium low heat

In a small bowl mix the sauce ingredients. Set aside half of the sauce to serve with the meatloaf. Top each loaf with 3 tbl of the remaining sauce and coat throughly.

Cook over indirect medium low heat with lid closed. When each loaf registers 155 - 160 degrees about 50 - 60 minutes. remove from heat and let rest 15 - 20 minutes
