1 cup | flour |
1 tbsp | milk |
1 | egg beaten |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1/2 cup | margarine |
Filling | |
Raspberry jam | |
1 cup | white sugar |
1/4 cup | melted butter |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1 1/2 cups | sweet coconut |
1 | egg beaten |
Combine crust ingredients and pat into a 9 x13 pan.
Spread a thin layer of jam over it.
Beat sugar, vanilla, butter and egg together. Stir in coconut and spread mixture over the jam layer. Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
