| Put all ingrd in bowl. Use electric whisk about 2 mins until light & creamy. Divide into muffin trays lined with paper cases. Oven 180C bake 25mins Icing | |

| 200g | icing sugar |
| 4 tbsp | cocoa powder |
Melt chocolate leave to cool. beat butter, sugar, cocoa until smooth. Stir in chocolate. pipe on tops of cakes
