Salad Chicken and Veggie Spaghetti Salad

3/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 2 T vegetable oil 1 T lemon juice 1T lite soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp dry mustard 1/2 to 1 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp ground ginger | |
2 tsp | sesame oil 9 oz refrigerated angel hair pasta |
2 cups | chpd cooked chicken breasts 1 red or green pepper, cut into strips |
1 small zucchini, cut into strips 4 oz shredded Carrotts 1/4 tsp ground red pepper 1/2 cup chpd green onions 2 T sesame seeds
Whisk together first 10 ingredients in bowl until sugar dissolves. Prepare pasta. Drain. Add pasta to chicken and next 4 ingredients to dressing in bowl. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with onions and sesame seeds.
