1 box | mozzarella cheese balls. Drain n dried well. |
2 eggs beaten for coating. Flour for dusting seasoned with salt n pepper. Coat cheese with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Do twice for thick coat. Put balls in freezer for twenty minutes to dry out. Fry in 375 deg oil. CHUTNEY spicy garlic tomato | |
8 cloves | garlic into chopper. 1 inch fresh ginger chopped into blender. |
1 tsp | cumin n 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. 2 tbsp olive oil into blender. |
1/4 cup sugar. Red wine vinegar 1/2 cup. Blend. Cook blended spices with 1 can chopped tomatoes until thick - about 45 mins.
