| 1 cup | sour cream |
| 1/2 tsp | dill |
| Juice of 1/2 | lime |
| Lemon zest | |

Place slamon pieces onto endive leaves.
Combine rest of the ingredients in a small bowl then top each salmon endive piece with 1 tbsp.
