| 8 C | dry bread crumbs,, (12 slices) |
| 6 tbsp | chopped onion |
| 1/2 C | celery |
| 1/2 C | butter |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
| 1 1/2 tsp | poultry seasoning |
| 3 tbsp | sage |
| 1 can | chicken broth, (have a couple extra cans) |
| 2 | eggs,, (well beaten) |
Tear up bread and let sit over night
Sauté celery and onion in butter until tender
Combine with bread & seasonings
Toss lightly with broth to moisten well
