| 3 lbs | chuck or arm roast |
| 1 tbsp | garlic powder |
| 2 tbsp | Italian seasoning |
| 1 small | onion diced |
| 1 can | beer |
| 1 jar | pepperoncini peppers |
| 1 small bottle | Italian dressing |
| Salt | |
| pepper to taste |
Put all ingredients in crock pot except beer and 1/2 Italian dressing
Cook on low until roast is done
Add shredded roast to half the juice from crock pot
Add beer & remaining Italian dressing
Cook until heated
Add garlic & Italian seasoning to taste
