| 1 stick | soft butter |
| 1 C | powdered sugar |
| 1 8 oz soft cream cheese 1 12 oz whipped cream | |
| 2 boxes | vanilla instant pudding |
| 3 C | milk |
Combine all ingredients, mix until smooth
Crumble 7 oz of Oreos in bottom of 13 x 9 pan
Add mixture, cover with another 7 oz of crushed Oreos
Refrigerate until set
