Best baby back ribs

Best Ever Barbequed Ribs | |
1 teaspoon | paprika or smoked paprika |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon | black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | ground red pepper |
3 to 3 1/2 pounds | well-trimmed pork baby back ribs, cut into 4-rib pieces |
1/4 cup | ketchup |
2 tablespoons | packed dark brown sugar, (I used light because that's all I had) |
1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | soy sauce |
1. Coat slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine first 5 ingredients and rub onto meaty sides of ribs. Place ribs in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-3 1/2 hours or until ribs are tender.
2. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and mix well. Remove ribs from slow cooker and discard cooking liquid. Coat ribs with sauce; return to slow cooker and cook on high for 30 minutes or until ribs are glazed.
