Crescent Roll Cheesecake

2 pkgs | crescent rolls 1 egg yolk, save the white |
3/4 C | sugar 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese |
1/2 tsp. | vanilla cinnamon sugar |
Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk (savewhite). Unroll one package of crescent rolls in bottom of 13 X 9 pan, pinching together at perforations to form bottom crust. Spread cream cheese mixture on top. Unroll second package of rolls on top of cream cheese mixture, stretching as best you can to cover, but no need to touch the sides and be perfect. Brush egg white over top, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until golden brown. let cool and cut into squares. May put apple pie filling on top.
