| J Unire zucchero e tuorli e farne uno zabaione Aggiungere il burro, mescolare bene Aggiungere la farina fino a ottenere un impasto morbido Per la farci tura: | |

| 1 bustina | vanillina |
Panna fresca per dolci (in base alla ricotta)
Cioccolato a gocce o uvetta
Mescolare la ricotta con i vari ingredienti fino ad ottenere una crema magenta
Stendere la pastaie rirre all'interno la far in
Cuocere in forno a 180 gradi fino a cottura
