| 4 lg. | Roma tomatoes |
| 2 tbsp. | Jalapeño |
| 1/2 c. | frozen white corn |
| 2 | limes |
Cilantro
Dice tomatoes. Scrape/discard seeds & veins of jalapeño, dice and add to tomatoes. Microwave corn & add to mixture. Squeeze juice of limes & add to mixture. Dice avocados & chop cilantro then add to mixture last. Season with salt/pepper to taste. Good with Tostitos Hint of Lime Tortilla Chips.
