    1 1/2 cups  flour
    1/2 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp  baking soda
    1/4 tsp  salt
    1/2 cup  sugar
    1/2 cup  brown sugar
    1/2 cup  butter, softened
    1/4 cup  peanut butter
    1 tsp  vanilla
    1 large  egg
    1 large  egg yolk
Peanut Butter Filling:
    3/4 cup  peanut butter
    3/4 cup  powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Beat together sugars, butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and egg, beating to combine, then stir in the dry ingredients.

To make the filling: In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Using a teaspoon roll the filling into 26 one inch balls.

To shape the cookies: Scoop 1 tbsp dough, make an indentation in the center and place one of the peanut butter balls into indentation.

Roll the cookie in between hands to smooth it out. Roll each completed ball in sugar and place on baking sheet, about 2 inches between cookies. Flatten each cookie to about 1/2 inch thick.

Bake for about 7-9 mins. Cool.
