Salted Caramel Buttercream Frosting

2 sticks | unsalted butter, room temp |
4-6 cups | confectioners sugar |
1/3 cup | caramel sauce |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
1/4 - 1-2 tsp sea salt
Beat the butter on high until light and fluffy, about 5 mins. Add in 3 cups of sugar, the caramel sauce and vanilla. Beat on low at first, then increaase speed until fully mixed. Add in more sugar to get the consistency you are looking for, 1 cup at a time. Sprinkle in the sea salt. Mix to combine.
