Red Pepper Hummus

    1 15oz can  chickpeas, drained
1 cupnsauteed red peppers
    1/4 cup  tahini
    2tbsp  lemon juice
    3-4 cloves  garlic
    1 tsp  ground cumin
      Salt
      pepper
    2 tbsp  chopped parsley

Place beans in food processor. Add red peppers, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and cumin. Process until smooth. Seaason tontaste with salt and pepper. Transfer to serving bowl and top with parsley.
