Chicken Enchilada or Ground Beef - Nicole

2 pkg | Fajita seasoning |
1 large can | Enchilada sauce |
Tortilla shells,, (medium) |
If it is chicken you need to boil the chicken and then shred it a part.
You can put the chicken in a crockpot with fajita seasoning and add some water to moisten the chicken and dissolve the seasoning.
Let simmer as long as you want( the longer the better) If you do Ground beef then do the same thing ( just brown the hamburger instead of boiling)
To Assembly:
Pour some of the Enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan and coat the shells in it, then put in the middle of the shells the meat mixture and fold shells, you can put about 5 in a pan then pour enchilada sauce over them.
Bake @350 for about 20 minutes
