| 1 Duncan Hines pudding lemon cake mix 1 8 oz cream cheese | |
| 1/3 cup | sugar |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/3 cup | oil |
Mix: cake mix, 1 egg & oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture in a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake 15 minutes @350. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice & egg until smooth. Spread over baked layer, sprinkle w/reserved crumbs. Bake again 15 minutes cook & cut into bars.
