Twice Baked Potatoes

Cover potatoes in margarine or butter & salt. |
Bake for 1 hour @ 350. Chill until ok to handle. Remove a small amount of skin from the top of the potatoes, scoop out the potatoes and mix to taste w/ sour cream , butter, garlic & cheddar / Monterey jack cheese. Testing potatoes. Bake again until top is brown.
Serve immediately
