Buy clubhouse Mexican lasagna mix Need to buy:
    1lb  lean ground beef
    1/2 cup  chopped onion
    1 can 680ml  tomato sauce
    3/4 cup  corn niblets
    1can  chopped green chillies
    8  flour tortillas
    2 cups  shredded cheese

Brown beef and onion over medium heat, drain. Stir in tomato sauce, corn and chillies. Stir in spices) bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low;simmer 5 mins, add red pepper if desired.

Spread 2/3 cup beef mixture on bottom of lightly greased 13x9 dish. Top with 4 tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 of remaining beef mixture and 1/ cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beef, and cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 oven 15 minutes or until heted. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
