Double Dusted Wings

By Sous Chef - Rob Osmond 12 wings
    1 Cup  non-bleached flour
    1/8 cup  chili powder
    1/8 cup  black pepper
    1/8 cup  Cajun spice
    1/8 cup  any type of salt, (kosher or sea salt healthier choice then table salt)

Combine dry ingredients into plastic bag. Seal bag and shake well. Place wings into a separate plastic bag and empty half the dry contents into the wing bag. Shake well, remove wings and place on a plate. let stand until coating becomes pasty. Important: throw used bag away. Never reuse any dry spice.

Place wings in the bag with last of the dry spice and Repeat process again, then deep fry or bake until red is gone from bone. Enjoy
