French Onion Soup

| 1 cup | red wine |
| Beef bullion or stock | |

Chop onions into 1 inch chunks. Put in 8 qt pot, Cook onions on medium add spices, cook until Caramelize add wine and 4x beef stock. Bring to a boil and Simmer for 1 hr.
