Red Pepper Dip

8 to 10 | Sweet red peppers |
1 Tbsp. | Salt |
1 Cup | Apple cider vinegar |
2 Cup | Sugar |
Grind peppers (fine) in food proccessor, in large pot add peppers, salt, sugar, vinegar, and boil 1 hour or until thickens. Stirring occosionaly.
Refrigerate in sealed contanier. Serve over cream cheese with crakers!
