Second Hand Pickles

1 qt | dill pickles |
2 cups | sugar |
1 cup | vinegar |
1 tsp | pickling spice |
1 stick | cinnamon |
Directions:
Drain pickles.
Cut into slices or chunks.
Return to jar.
In saucepan, cook sugar, vinegar, spices and cinnamon stick for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Put cinnamon stick in jar.
Pour over pickles.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
