Quinoa and Bean Salad

4 | scallions, sliced |
5 cloves | garlic, minced |
1 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
2 cups | quinoa, cooked |
2 cups | sprouted bean trio, cooked |
1 can | garbanzo beans |
1 cup | graped tomatoes, quartered |
1 Tbsp | chili powder |
1/2 Tbsp | cumin |
1 tsp | coriander |
1 tsp | salt, (adjust to taste) |
Ground black pepper |
Directions:
Cook quinoa and sprouted bean trio according to directions.
Add al ingredients together.
Mix well.
Refrigerate.
