Basil Bowtie Pasta Salad

3 cups | Bowtie pasta |
3 Tbsp | Red Wine Vinegar |
½ cup | Fresh Basil Leaves |
2 cloves | garlic, minced |
½ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | sugar |
1/3 cup | grated parmesan cheese |
½ cup | olive oil |
Salt | |
Pepper |
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta.
Set aside.
In blender combine vinegar, basil, garlic, salt, sugar, cheese, and olive oil.
Process until smooth and well combined.
Lightly mix pasta and dressing.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer – If it gets dry because of time add a little olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
