1 pkg | Pillsbury Crescent Rolls |
1 8 oz can | sauerkraut |
1 Tbsp | Thousand Island drsg |
4 oz | cooked corned beef |
2 slices | Swiss cheese |
Directions:
Combine sauerkraut and drsg.
Place 1 slice corned beef across side end of triangle.
Spread 2 Tbsp sauerkraut.
Top with 2 strips of cheese (cut in ½ “ strips)
Roll-up beginning at wide end of triangle.
Bake at 375 for 10 – 15 minutes.
