    1 cup  ketchup
    ¼ tsp  ground ginger
    1 cup  maple syrup
    ¾ tsp  thyme
    2/3 cup  white wine
    1 ½ tsp  basil
    ¼ cup  water
    ½ tsp  dry mustard
    1  bouillon cube
    ½ tsp  salt
    1  bay leaf
    ¼ tsp  pepper
    2 cloves  garlic, minced
    4  pork chops

Directions:

In saucepan, combine all ingredients except pork chops.
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Bake chops 30 minutes at 375.
Pour sauce over chops.
Bake 15 – 20 minute more, spooning sauce over chops every 5 minutes.
