Cornish Hens Supreme

2 | Cornish Game Hens, thawed |
½ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | garlic salt |
1/8 tsp | pepper |
3 Tbsp | butter |
1 | chopped onion |
½ lb | sliced mushrooms |
½ c | chicken broth |
2 medium | tomatoes |
1/3 cup | sour cream |
1 Tbsp | flour |
Directions:
Cut hens in half lengthwise.
Sprinkle lightly with salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered at 400 for 40 minutes
Melt butter in frying pan.
Add onions and mushrooms; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in broth and tomatoes, sour cream and flour.
Pour over hens.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 and continue roasting for 15 minutes or until tender.
