    3 cups  flour
    5 Tbsp  water
    1 ΒΌ cup  lard
    1 Tbsp  vinegar
    1  egg
    Pinch  salt

Directions:

Sift flour and salt.
Mix in lard.
Beat egg slightly.
Add egg, water and vinegar together.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture.

Makes 2 double pie crusts.
