Peach Pie

9" | Pie Shell, unbaked |
3 Tbsp | flour |
1/3 cup | sugar |
1/8 tsp | nutmeg |
1/8 tsp | salt |
¾ cup | cream |
3 ½ cups | peaches, peeled and sliced |
Directions:
Chill pie shell and prick a few times with a fork.
Bake at 400 for about 6 minutes.
Mix flour, sugar, nutmeg and salt.
Add cream and mix well.
Put peaches in shell and pour cream mixture over fruit.
Bake at 400 for 40 minutes until set.
Cool.
