Smoked Salmon Baguettes

6 Tbsp | Unsalted Butter |
1 Tbsp | chopped fresh dill |
1 Tbsp | smashed capers |
1 Tbsp | minced red onion |
Dijon mustard | |
1 cup | watercress, stems removed |
6 oz | smoked salmon |
Coarse Black Pepper | |
1 | baguette french bread |
Directions:
Mix butter, dill, capers and minced onion in a small bowl.
Cut baguette horizontally in half.
Spread cut sides of bread with butter mixture, followed by Dijon mustard.
Top with watercress.
Top with sliced smoked salmon.
Sprinkle with pepper.
