Rosemary’s Classic Pizza Dough

Yield: 2 - 16" round pizza shells

1 pkg | dry active yeast |
½ cup | tepid water |
1/8 tsp | sugar |
¾ cup | cold milk |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
3 cups | all purpose flour |
1 ½ tsp | salt |
Directions:
Add all ingredients to bread machine.
Add active yeast to yeast dispenser.
Set on dough only mode.
If you aren’t ready to bake, punch the dough down and set in a covered bowl in a cooler place, where it will keep safely for an hour or more.
You can chill or even freeze it, but then it must be brought to room temp and start to rise again before you form and bake it.
