Pumpkin Bread

3 cups | sugar |
cup | salad oil |
4 | beaten eggs |
16 oz can | pumpkin |
3 ½ cups | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
2 tsp | salt |
2 tsp | baking soda |
½ tsp | ground cloves |
1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
1 tsp | ground nutmeg |
1 tsp | allspice |
2/3 cup | water |
½ cup | pecans |
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and spices.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Add 2/3 cup water.
Stir in pecans.
Bake at 350 for 65 – 70 minutes.
