1 1/2 cups | semolina flour |
2 | eggs |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
2 Tbsp | water |
1/2 tsp | salt |
Directions:
Combine semolina and salt.
Add beaten egg, water and oil.
Mix to make a stiff dough.
Knead 10 minutes or until doug is elastic.
Wrap dough in towel or place in plastic bag and let rest 20 minutes.
Roll to desired thickness and cut.
