1 cup | olive oil |
cups hearty Burgundy wine | |
¼ cup | butter |
1 Tbsp | red wine vinegar |
1 Tbsp | onion |
1 Tbsp | garlic |
3 Tbsp | Salt |
1 Tbsp | Horseradish |
1 Tbsp | curry powder |
2 Tbsp | lemon juice |
Directions:
Add ingredients together and marinade meat overnight.
Grill as usual.
