Carrort Crackers

6 tablespoons | flax seed |
1.5 cups | almonds |
3 tablespoons | Sesame seeds |
1 teaspoon | black pepper |
3 cloves | garlic |
2 cups | carrot pulp |
Wanted to find a use for the carrot pulp left over from juicing carrorts. Started with some recipes found here and there and mixed them and modified them untill I got something to my liking. They keep for a very long time at room tempeture so are great as snacks while doing outdoor activites.
Grind almonds to make a flower.
Put into food proscessor with carrots, garlic, flax seeds, sesame seeds and pepper and process until dough like.
Put cracker size protions on dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 9 hours at 105˚F or until crackers are completely dehydrated.
