Preparation: bake Ingredients: 4 8oz cream cheese | |
1 1/2 cups | sugar |
4 | eggs |
2 TBSP | flour |
2 TBSP | cornstarch |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1 1/2 tsp | lemon juice |
1/2 cup | melted butter |
1 16oz sour cream
All ingredients at room temp.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Line bottom of 9 inch springform pan with heavy duty foil
Spray entire pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add ingredients in the order in which they have been written.
Cream sugar and cream cheese
Add eggs and mix well
Add flour and cornstarch and blend
Add lemon juice and vanilla
Add melted butter
Add sour cream. Blend
Bake one hour. Turn oven off. Leave in oven for 1 1/2 more hours. Remove and cool to room temp for at least 2 hours. Once it is cooled, refrigerate at least 3 hours. It may then be frozen
