Granny's Chocolate Icing
Nb persons: 12
1 c | water |
1 T | butter |
2 squares | hershey |
1/2 c | sugar |
3 T | cornstarch, sifted |
1 t | vanilla |
In a small saucepan heat the water, butter and chocolate. Cool slightly than add the sugar and cornstarch gradually stirring until smooth. Mixture will thicken slowly.
After desired consistency remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool slightly before icing cake.
