Smothered pork chops

3 tbsp + 1 tsp | all purpose flour |
4 | boneless center cut pork chops |
1 tbsp | canola oil |
2 larger onions thinly sliced | |
3 cloves | garlic chopped |
2 8 oz containers | sliced mushroom |
1/2 tsp | dried rosemary |
1 cup | lowers sodium chicken broth |
1 bag | green beans steamables |
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper all over pork chops.In a skillet, heat oil on medium high.
Add pork chops and cook about 7 min. Turning over once.
Transfer to a plate. In same skillet add onions and garlic. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 min. Add mushrooms and rosemary; cook 6 to 8 min. Add remaining 3 tbsp flour and cook 3 min. Add broth and return pork, cover and simmer for about 8 min.
