    3 tbsp + 1 tsp  all purpose flour
    4  boneless center cut pork chops
    1 tbsp  canola oil
2 larger onions thinly sliced
    3 cloves  garlic chopped
    2 8 oz containers  sliced mushroom
    1/2 tsp  dried rosemary
    1 cup  lowers sodium chicken broth
    1 bag  green beans steamables

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper all over pork chops.In a skillet, heat oil on medium high.
Add pork chops and cook about 7 min. Turning over once.
Transfer to a plate. In same skillet add onions and garlic. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 min. Add mushrooms and rosemary; cook 6 to 8 min. Add remaining 3 tbsp flour and cook 3 min. Add broth and return pork, cover and simmer for about 8 min.
