Prune Buttercake

250gm | Self raising flour |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
280gm | Salted butter |
1 tbsp | condense milk |
230gm | caster sugar |
6 | white eggs |
5 | yolks |
100gm | prunes,, (slice it) |
1tsp | vanilla essence |
Methods
Beat the butter and milk till lighter and one tone colour.
Then add in vanilla essence beat till well mix put aside.
Whisk egg white for 1 min then add in the caster sugar bit by bit.
Continue beating till medium peak stage then add in the yolks one by one.
Add in the butter and beat till well mix.Do not overbeat.
Add in the flour and baking powder use a spatula to fold in the batter.
Last put in the slice prunes ,pour the batter into 9x9x3 baking tins and bake at 180 degree celcious for 40-50mins pending on hotness of oven.
Tips remember to preheat oven at least 15-20mins before baking.
