| 4 Tbsp | shortening |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 2 | green peppers |
| 1 lb | hamburger |
| 1 1/2 tsp | salt |
| pepper | |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 cups | corn |
| 4 | sliced tomatoes |
| 1/2 cup | buttered bread crumbs |
| 1/2 cup | grated cheese |
| dash | paprika |
Lightly brown the peppers and onion. Add the meat, blend and brown lighlty. Remove from unit and stir in the eggs and liquid. Place 1 cup corn in a baking dish, then half of the meat mixture and a layer of slliced tomatoes. Add another layer of corn, meat, and tomatoes. Top with buttered crumbs mixed with grated chees. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
