Rhubarb crumble (Grandma Jensen)

1 c | flour |
3/4 c | oatmeal |
1 c | brown sugar |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1/2 c | melted butter |
mix until crumble. Press 1/2 crumbs in greased 9 inch baking pan. Cover with 4 cups diced rhubarb. Combine and cook until thick and clear, 1 c water, 2 tbs corn starch, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over rhubarb, top with crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
