2 qt | pumpkins |
2 cups | sugar |
4 Tbsp | flour, (rounded) |
1 tsp | nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon |
3 cups | milk, (part of it for mixing) thickening |
3 | eggs |
Scald milk, pumpkin, and sugar. Add thickening, then spices. Lastly add beaten eggs. Put into the curst and bake.
