Lemonade Pie

1 9 oz. graham cracker crust 1 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed | |
8-ounce packet | cream cheese, softened |
1 14-ounce can | sweetened condensed milk |
3/4 cup | pink lemonade concentrate, (not mixed with water) |
1 tsp | plain gelatin dissolved in 2 Tablespoons of very warm water |
Mix cream cheese, condensed milk and lemonade thoroughly with a hand mixer. Add dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly again. Fold into graham cracker crust and chill 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
Add whipped topping over the entire pie before serving.
