THAI NOODLES

Marinade: > ¼ cup Sesame Oil> 2 tsp Salt > 1 tbs Minced Ginger> 3 tbs Dark Toasted Sesame Oil > 1 Clove Garlic, crushed > 2 tsp Hot Chili Oil > ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped> 7 tbs Soy Sauce > 3 tbs Balsamic Vinegar> 10 Chopped Scallions* > 3 ½ tbs Dark Brown Sugar Noodles: | |
1 lb | Angel Hair Pasta, or a 14-16 oz package of Chinese Noodles |
¼ cup | toasted sesame seeds |
Mix all ingredients of marinade together. Cook pasta or noodles as directed.
Cool. Toss with marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Refrigerate until
served.
*You can add other vegetables such as snow peas, asparagus, or broccoli.
Blanch until just bright green and toss with noodles and marinade
