Marinade: > ½ cup Sesame Oil​>4 tsp Salt > 2 tbs Minced Ginger​> 3/8 cup Dark Sesame Oil (6 tbs) > 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed​> 4 tsp hot chili oil > ½ cup Cilantro, chopped​> ¾ cup + 1 tbs Soy Sauce (14 tbs)​ > 3/8 cup Balsamic Vinegar (6 tbs)​> 20 Chopped Scallions* > ½ cup + 1 tbs Dark Brown Sugar (7 tbs) Noodles:
    2 lbs  Angel Hair Pasta, or a 14-16 oz package of Chinese Noodles
    ½ cup  Toasted Sesame Seeds

Mix all ingredients of marinade together. Cook pasta or noodles as directed.
Cool. Toss with marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Refrigerate until served.
*You can add other vegetables such as snow peas, asparagus, or broccoli.
Blanch until just bright green and toss with noodles and marinade.
