| 1 cup | heavy cream |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
| 1 tablespoon | confectioners sugar |
Beat heavy cream in stand mixer (make sure stand mixer bowl and whipping beater... 10 or more minutes in freezer will do) until it almost has stiff peaks. Add vanilla and sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Do not over beat.
