One and one half tsp chili powder Three fourths cup brown rice | |
One | jalapeƱo chopped |
Two cloves | minced garlic |
One or two | chicken breasts, cubed |
One and a half cups water
Combine ingredients in slow cooker on high 3 hours or low 5 hours
Add chopped cilantro.
Serve with cheese and sour cream
